By "title history", are you talking salvage title or something else? Many people shy away from salvage cars, so yes it can affect value. But a car that is properly restored will still bring the highest money. So if this one fits your needs for the right price, then go for it!

Yes, salvage or even theft/stolen, which depending on Ins Carrier and State DMV, by definition salvage could cover theft/stolen recovery as well.. I mean, not all salvage vehicles are like “total losses” and wrecked beyond fixable. Some could be salvaged for accident damage, but repairable damages that don’t affect structural integrity of the vehicle.

If it’s missing it’s buck tags but is a verified SSP, I don’t believe there’s any loss of value.

To me, availability of the Marti Report To confirm an SSP makes the buck tags less important.
