1989 ssp ISP Best offer over $3000
Hi all, I've got WAY to many older mustangs to restore and need the space....This has been a really good car to me over the years but I have a PJ Saleen as my "newer mustang" now.
Documented Idaho State Patrol car.....Runs and drives well, has some pass quarter damage, 150K miles. Has new racing clutch and cable, rebuilt positrac, new door handles, decent rubber, new brakes. For some history and pics go to the new member page. Thanx, Grant Hatch 509-758-1248 PS. I tried to upload pics here but it says I've already uploaded them and apparently doesn't want me to do it again? Any way they are in my post in the new member forum..... |

The only way I have found to attach the same picture twice is to make a copy of the file and name it something else. Here's a link to the other thread you made with the photos:

Thanks to both of you above. If anyone wants more pics just let me know. The interior is actually not bad either....I suppose I should post some pics of it as well. I found my body buck tags but they are basically un photographable unless I take out my headlight so I won't take pics of them unless asked. Yes, I think the car is well worth the money, it's a blast to drive and fairly economical as well. I got as high as 28mpg doing 80mph on the interstate with the old gears in it. Not as good now with the 3.08's but still 24 or so on the highway. My PJ Saleen does just as well with 400 NA HP! To make this car handle all it needs is some wider soft rubbered Z rated tires and the ass end does NOT flip out like it does with reg rubber. I know because I put some on years ago..... they only lasted a year (approx 5,000 mi) but it was a fun year! Four wheel drifting on pavement very balanced and predictable at higher speeds.... I suspect most of the wrecks these cars experienced were due to the stock rubber. Oh yeh, almost forgot, the power steering pump has been replaced as well.
