Stem, NC PD

Does anyone have any information on how the unmarked cars in Stem, NC were setup? The PD is no longer in service and I'm having a hard time finding some info...

I believe member 05redfiregt used to own that particular SSP. If you haven't already, send him a PM message to see what he may have learned/documented on it. Good luck!
