No thanks necessary. This is a collective effort and the participation of everyone here is what makes it what it is. Good stuff!

Dedicated to the promotion, protection, and restoration of the 1982-1993 Special Service Police Mustang.

This on the New front page has me thinking about the protection part....
maybe we can do a ....SSP Mustang Protection Program
kind a like the Witness Protection Program (only with ssp mustangs)
when we get word of a car that is going pimp or drag we can assemble a crack
team of enthusiast from here and throw the .......dot net over um whack um in the head with a sock full a nickels.....something like that?

sure nothing big now son
steal a purse and hold up grocery store but
before you know it you will be making
police mustangs into Drag car's!
and your life will be ruined! think about it!

Mike...one more thing about the front page.....
you have captured the SSP Mustang as it was intended ....... this is a working vehicle
a yard dog in the yard......
all day working. doing what it was built to do...... this car is best viewed on the
Highway......where it worked! great choice of photos!!!

I like 'em.

They are in-service pics from the "Real Stories..." shows (and the one Miami Vice clip). One of these days I'll figure out how to condense them down to a manageable size and burn everyone DVDs.

That protection-team stuff is too funny.
