Jim...It's the real deal. Formerly owned by Mike J. Mike spent years getting all the gear together for it - and documented a lot of the car with the original trooper that drove it. Very nice example. I have seen it personally and can tell you Mike babied the car.

Mike just sold it to the guy in NJ about 2-3 weeks back - and the guy in NJ has now decided to sell it again (not sure why - may be a flip).

It's now missing the louvers that were on the back of the car (which were correct when it was in service).

And from what I can remember Mike asking for the car, this guy is definitely a flipper since he's asking quite a bit more.

I thought it was Mikes car. I had a friend extremely interested till he realized the jackoff now selling it was just trying to "hit a big lick" as they say in greedy gouger guy land.

My buddy will keep looking.

Question

Just curious if there is no problem asking...

What did Mike sell the car for? If not wanting to reply publicly, please feel free to PM me.

This car has been listed in the NJ Craig's multiple times now. Asking is still @ $13k. Based on what I can tell from the pics, on the rear window, left and right side, there seems to be black plastic louvers, but nothing in the middle of the glass. Is this what is being referried to that is thought to be removed?

Off topic:
Does anyone know if this is this the same guy who bought the CHP unit from another member on here who was from DE and tried flipping that one for an exorbitant amount too? Something like $16k ridiculous asking price, then tried ebaying it as well?
