I will send the seller a text later today and ask for a photo of the VIN label. An 86 CHP or NHP would be a welcome addition to our VIN Project.

Looks a lot like a CHP I was considering buying last year that was also in Washington. Same flat black paint and steelies and caps??

Went back and looked at my texts. It was actually May of this year when I was talking with the owner. At that time it was a 425 area code number(Seattle area). He sent me partial pics of the title and last 6 were 247058 which falls at the end of a huge lot of CHP's. The title also showed "Fmr Police 3/1990 CA".
If this is the same car anyway but same area and same condition of car.

This owner has had it since June. Owner I talked to was in May. Says he's not sure of agency, all he knows is California.
Probably the same car but he's going to let me know the VIN and info when he gets home from work and I'll post it here for anyone interested.
