86 fhp ground straps?

Now that we're getting on the subject of 86 FHP, did they come with ground straps? The 85 FHP I 'am selling to Donny has them. The pic of Tom Tate's 86 FHP build sheet doesn't list them. Don't build sheets usually list all of the ssp options on the car?

The sheets list some of the options, but not all, and they vary as well. My '83 CSP buildsheet doesn't list the VASCAR cable on my car, as an example, and I think it's 100% original.

I think that the comments section listed individual items that were optional ....meaning anything ordered in addition to the package, but I could be wrong. They list the package, which included whatever number of standard items in a given year, then more options beneath that (the special-ordered list).
