1989 LoJack FHP

Hey guys figured I’d post my 89 FHP LoJack car I’m currently putting back on the road. I bought the car from Danny Powell in Jacksonville. He found it rotting away in a back lot somewhere. I got it as a rolling chassis but otherwise complete. It’s a pretty solid car overall but it needs paint very badly. I plan to have bobby(kapracing) to paint it for me back to its black/tan scheme.

The car has a bunch of aftermarket suspension parts and is 5 lug swapped as well. I do not plan to do a in service resto on this car. It will be modified but also will show its heritage at the same time. Thankfully I live in GA so I can run it’s original colors legally. I may also have the LoJack antennas reinstalled as well. The car still has its spotlight, cluster, buck tags and some other stuff. I’m excited to bring this thing back to life and give it another chance at life.

I’m installing a engine and trans this week into the car and then will hopefully drop it off for paint in a few months.
