on the original s.c vehicle registration card i see these numbers that seem to be included as part of the address. i will type it as it appears.
S C DEPT OF HWYS & PUB TRANS P O BOX 191 2-12-255. in the top right of said slip it says LIC, going from top to bottom, and then SG24073. is that a possible badge number?
