Question USPS SSP -Findings ???

Ok, I drove the new SSP to work and also got to take the kids to school in it . the car is so quiet with original exhaust that we had to turn the radio up!
It drives great , all options work ! all new Ford A/C components / semi new BFG tires .. does need truts/shocks asap.
At lunch time we opened it all up looking for neat SSP findings as this is only my 2nd ssp.. Take a look at my link pics ..
I figured these USPS cars would not of came with any extra equip ??? but i was wrong .
The trunk cable pic ??? that cable is huge in diameter ??? you guys familiar with any of the items in the pics ???
Any help would be great .

That color is really nice . Did they have a radio mounted in the trunk or something like that? Any holes under the trunk liner?

That's for the radio....also a nice pic of the Sti-co splitter. Pretty standard for unmarked gov. cars.

Looks good. Congrats again.

I believe it makes it able to use the factory antenna for the two way.

Correct....AM/FM and work radio both through the Sti-co replacement mast.
