Default 1983 Az DPS?

Anyone every seen or heard of any? If they existed, any info on how many there actually were? I realize the 'usage' page at .ORG shows 13 for '83 but the completeness and accuracy of the data on that page is an unknown.

There are pics of an 82 AZ test car but that's all I ever heard of.

Here are the pictures of the 1982 from our photo gallery -

I have no information about the 1983 Arizona DPS cars though (yet!).

I have discovered a batch of 20 (DF182433-DF182452) that might have all gone to AZ originally. The original state that they were delivered to after manufacture is unknown but most of the 20 have records (after delivery) exclusively in AZ. I posted "want ads" for info on the two with the most recent activity (from 2011). Hopefully I'll get something back.

The two ads I put up expired. I re-upped one a couple days ago and got a hit yesterday. Working on getting more info from the person whom responded to the ad. Today I re-upped the other ad that expired.

That's GREAT! I hope this car turns out to be a SSP. Good luck...
