I've seen that one before. The Officer described it as his last day or week(can't remember) before retirement. Guy struck his vehicle in a chase and he was involved in an officer involved shooting just out of the picture to the right.

I remember hearing a similar account behind that photo. Given the plate number, this one is a 1986 SSP.

I enlarged the above photo, and the reflection of the license plate in the top of the bumper looks like E413810.

interesting to note on the photo of the mustang Jack posted,
Look at the color of the interior door on that car. Wonder why so dark.
Unless it's a shadow, it should be a lighter grey.
