Default A.B.C D and E

Wednesday and Thursday this week were good days after spending the day Wed.
out looking for a Micor and a remington replica or something to deface to use in the
SSP I came home empty handed but had a box at the door and in the box was the
original CCI Mic. and cable assembly exhibit A ...I then created a bracket D and E
to hang the New correct CCI Mic. and the then non correct Regency Mic. (better
than nothing)
So at this time i was using the existing holes (2) drilled in the lip just above the top of
the glove box door.these are the holes used to support the shotgun rack and drilled
by the CHP at make ready......but at this time i am just using these holes to create a
HANGER bracket for the two mic.clips! next day thursday I found (here in town) a
similar Micor B a period correct
Motorola Mic B-2. and the shotgun rack! C I have a ordered (today) a correct
Blue Remington 870 that I will have painted and detailed for the car's first show this
Saturday! Admen Mike.......thanks! for all your help and assistance in this project!
your da Man!

Andy,

Have you actually test fit anything in the rack yet? The lock itself looks a little high, and maybe a little on the wide side (it could just be the pic, angle, etc). CHP angled their racks backward a bit (towards the rear of the car), and I have a feeling it was for clearance.

Your car is definitely coming along.

I'm working on making a diagram/pattern for both styles of shotgun racks...'82-'86, and then '87-'93. Jim Y. are you listening??
