1990 SSP LX Coupe 5.0 .... Washington DC FBI car.... Automatic... Has hail damage to all top surfaces but is repairable... windshield is also cracked in several places ...all stock... original car... no mods.. all paper work .... any questions call or text 865-382-7149 no e-mail please....
I'm not sure, but I think this one was for sale 1-2 years ago. The pictures seem familiar.

Gorgeous! Good price too. Is that the original color?

I have not seen the car in person, but the seller informed me it is all stock. He said it has major hail damage. The hood, deck lid, roof, front fenders, and rear quarters would need to be replaced. He also said the upper parts of the doors have hail damage as well.

That explains the low asking price. Still, if the car has any documentation to prove it is a FBI Mustang then it would be worth buying. The seller still has not replied to my text about the VIN label.

Since it is a 1990 and the body molding is painted the same color as the car, then it most likely has been repainted (perhaps the original color though).

Another pic in the ad, of the driver-side, has some of the black showing through the (re)paint on the bodyside molding.

The seller sent me some pictures, which I will upload tomorrow. The paint code is YF, and he has GSA surplus sales paperwork showing FBI use.

The seller (now a member here) sent me pictures of the Buck Tags, so I created a VIN Project page for this SSP used by the FBI -

Nice, this is exactly what I would like to acquire (except for 5-speed). Is it known how many SSPs the FBI used (1987-1993 models)?
