I was thinking of buying that car a while back. It is one of the 3 that was sold to the public and never put in service.

It looks like this SSP is back up for sale with no mention of the recent body repair -

1988 Ford Mustang LX 5.0 - $8999 (Lawrenceville)

Rare '88 Ford Mustang LX SSP coupe. Special Service Package offered only to law enforcement, this car was never in service. Sold new to a civilian. Very basic upgrades but is otherwise 100% stock.

Factory 5.0 H.O EFI engine has fresh rebuild 5k miles ago, factory T5 5spd Trans shifts great

roll up windows/manual locks
reinforced floor pans and seat backs from the factory
Factory radio delete
Hot heat and Ice cold AC ( retrofitted with r134 refrigerant)
Factory 140 mph Certified calibrated speedo, odometer reads 76k, according to prev owners it has rolled once, making actual miles 176k
Fresh alignment, tires are 30-40% life left
Clean ga title in my name

Exterior is 8.5/10 has minor imperfections in the paint when viewed up close

Interior is 8/10 dash has some minor cracks from sunlight. I removed the factory seats and placed them in storage. Currently has an identical set in the car that are in good condition. Factory seats go with the car

MODS:
-BBK fender mount cold air intake
-BBK X-pipe/cat delete/flowmaster tail pipes
-3.73 rear gear instead of factory 3.08
-Eibach sway bars

I really want to keep the car but I have moved recently and unfortunately no longer have a covered spot to park it, looking to sell mostly but may trade for the right 4wd 4x4 truck or Jeep. I like Fords and Wranglers with manual transmission preferred. Not into higher mileage vehicles or projects. Call/text/email 7seven0/five*96*nine8three8 $9000 obo cash talks make an offer

So, are there previous photos of this car (possibly showing the damage referred to above) on this Forum?
