Are these cars suppose to have passenger side red spots?

They had 2 spots but no they did not use red. A reasonably long thread discussion about it on .org from when this originally listed (a couple months ago it seems by now). EvocBruce and others had commonly referred to this one as the Brown City car. Feel free to PM me with questions and I'll be happy to share what I know about it.

Thanks. I had seen photos of MSP without, so wasn't really sure.
