Does Anyone Recognize This '82?

I stumbled across this '82 CHP and the pics didn't look familiar. I'm curious if anyone recognizes this car and if so, has it made it into the VIN project?

I haven't seen that one before, so thanks for posting it up. He says on one page that he plans to install a cage in it.
