Default CHiP's Episode: Return to Death's Door 1

A few minutes of downtime had me checking into what season of CHiP's may have had some SSP's cruising the highways. Take a look at what I stumbled across on my first video:

Look in the 19 minute range.
There were 3-5 lined up with no equipment/markings. This is from season 6 which apparently came out in 1983. That damn creeper!
I had trouble getting the pics to fit.

Those were the best shots of the 2 minute scene. Heading out the door but there's got to be more!

Good stuff! Are these episodes online, Netflix, etc?

I'm pretty sure they've been released on DVD. This was on YouTube along with quite a few others.

Good stuff!

The placement of that creeper seems so random, maybe they had or felt they had a reason to cover up the plate on that car...?

I tried to find the season 6 episode "Return of the Brat Pack". All that stuff used to be on you tube, but not anymore. Anyway, there is a scene where the Explorers are ordered to wash some cars and they are standing in front of an SSP. Later in the episode, the sargent's brand new car is stolen by two hot chicks and is pursued by an SSP. It is a short scene and could never see the license plate #. The Mustang swerves and blocks the road, but the sargent is worried about the girls crashing it, so he orders the officer out of the way. I actually remember seeing that episode as a kid and thought it was the coolest police car I had ever seen. I think they only released season one and two, so not sure how to find that now....

Probably had to do something with advertising rights with Ford. Yes? No?
