Yeap!! Back to Black and Tan and already have some requests from FHP Cpt. to take a picture in front of Troop L.

The way the law reads, it is a Misdemeanor not committed in their presence so it can't be arrestable as it is not a Misdemeanor exception and I would not be impersonating a police officer plus he is one of the persons helping with my equipment and other details.

Exactly....I am so tired of seeing the myth spread around about not being able to paint an FHP Mustang back to the original colors (especially from non-LEOs giving their "interpretations" of FSS, or those who have heard stories from their friends, etc). One of these days, I'll get my hands on the applicable case law and post it in the FHP resto doc.

I'm sure your car will look great, Marcos. Very, very few restored FHP 4-eyeds around.
