It is private, also. Not to keep people like you out; but because doing so keeps the discussions civil and minimizes the back and forth BS, with people posting fake traffic stops on each other, burnouts, etc etc etc. I'm sure you've seen that in the group above. It is pretty rare on the .NET group.

We have 1.1K members there, as opposed to the other group with 4K. They have been around alot longer on that platform, so I kinda expected it.
The page being private is the BEST decision for several reasons. It allows the mods and admin the ability to weed out the idiots. The mustang haters, the cop wanna be’s that embarrass everyone with the blip blip woot woot nonsense, the flippers that couldn’t care less about the history or heritage of the cars but instead try to become millionaires by gouging peoples eyes out of parts etc. The civility of the ssp.net facebook page alone is worth the price of admission. Years ago when NET was born it was for the right reasons. It’s still here because it’s run properly by dedicated long term enthusiasts. Nodrama likes the nodrama. Here’s to another 20 years…..cheers.
