Default 1989 SSP Looking to trade for Roller + cash. possible sale

So long story short, I bought this car last year as some of you may have seen the add from craigslist. I'm looking to do a swap and would really prefer that I don't ruin an SSP doing that. So here's the deal. Im looking to trade the SSP for a shell / roller and some cash possibly. If i had to sell outright which I most likely won't, I would have to get 5k for her. Heres the breakdown and I'm not trying to hide anything and can answer any questions about the car. Bear with me this is a copy paste from a different add I wrote up for someone. I tried to edit it to fit better here.

Please contact Matt by email - If you would care for a phone number please email me.

1989 Mustang SSP notch - vin verified and in ssp database
Absolutely No rust, I mean cleanest thing I've seen underneath (granted I'm in Wisconsin, but still)

I'm going to start off with the bad to make things easier

Cheap respray from police or PO don't know, but has runs on driver door and bumpers as well as some peeling on front corner of bumper..looks fine from 10 feet

Could need a clutch soon or an adjustment

Interior needs a good cleaning, but am doing that in a week when it is out of storage. Tear on side of drivers seat. Drivers seat is a little wobbly.

Heater core is bad, yes the dreaded heater core, didn't fix it since I don't drive in winter

Ash tray door is broken (big surprise)
Vents are discolored

rear package tray needs replaced

glove box lock is fallen in a little and can't open it (I haven't tried)

Passenger door handle is busted / wont open door ( have new metal driver and passenger handles in boxes)

Higher mileage due to police car 170k

5.0 plate on motor is broke / gone

Window weather stripping needs replaced

So far that is all the bad I can think of

Now for the Good

Its an SSP YAY.
160mph speedo

New Parts include:
Spark plugs
Wires
Cap and Rotor
PCV valve and valve filter
Upper intake manifold gasket
Valve cover gaskets
Window Trim
10 Whole wheels with almost new dunlop tires

Aftermarket / Mods
BBK Shorty headers
Pypes X pipe
Smog Delete

I have all the emblems, but would be better if they were replaced. Also have a set of lowering springs in the trunk, a code reader, and gt40 lower intake that would go with. The side molding is also in the trunk.

So that's all I could think of so far. I drive the car around in the summers and I was really looking to tear the thing apart and I don't want to do that with an SSP. I would have to get 5k if I were to sell it, I would prefer a roller plus a little cash since I would like to start my project and have it finished before winter.

Nobody?? This one would be too much work to make a true ssp for me. I don't want to tear one up guys, but It'll start happening in a week and half if no one steps up!

Looks like all the tell tale signs of it being a WSP car from Washington. DSO is a match for Seattle. I bet the buck tag will confirm this.

Well the Car is sold as of yesterday. The guy that bought it has had plenty of fox bodies and actually had a fhp car before. His plans are to throw a turbo on it and keep it stock. Nothing will be done to her that wont be easily removed.

Rico, I apologize for not seeing that earlier.
