All 17 of these cars are GSP plus there is a batch Mick did not list of 27 car prior to these with all but the first two being GSP cars for the total of 42. Those 42 vins are the only ones ordered and used by the GSP for 1989. I'll try to see if anyone knows anyone that may be familair with the Hall county cars as that what I'm fairly certain your is...

Searching for the answer to that appears to be similar to chasing the rabbit down the hole. I'm not too hung up on the agency that used it. You guys have been at this for quite a few years, and most of the passion for these vehicles seems to be State Police agency use. I'm just a wrench turner who happened to fall into owning one. Maybe someone will turn up with the missing link to the Hall County cars. Thanks for shedding some light on the Georgia specific info.
