I think all ssp's are rare and unique in one way or another !
My USPS SSP is a rare stallion in the sense that i didn't even know they existed till a member here found 3 for sale in Cali..? the royal blue one arrived here 3 weeks ago . ssp91ssp hector |

Just for the record ,
It turns out there were more SCHP, Nebraska and GSA SSP's then GSP's , with GSP only having 310 total they are actually more rare than originally thought to be my two cents.. I do realized however that SCHP and Nebraska SSP's were not tu toned...
