Thanks for all of the compliments guys, I'm excited to get this one going. I have someone who can do paint/body for me, but I'm not going to start the project until I have all of the parts (namely the interior) collected. Once I have an interior for it, I'll strip it all the way down and take it to (most likely) have it blasted and then painted back to in-service colors. Then the process of installing the interior, drivetrain, etc can start taking place and hopefully get her back on the road.

Looks like I've sourced two wheels, should have a couple more coming. Also might have sourced a single lock set, I believe the ignition on the car has been changed and is not the single key type.

Quick question for everyone though, is there any way to figure out what the license plate number would have been on this car? It looks like most of the '86 Texas cars had 500 * XXX and it looks like the second half usually started with a 3. But, it looks like car numbers weren't assigned in order of the VIN so it's impossible to tell.

Any ideas?
