I wish we had records for any of the older cars. Basically we used Camaros in 91 and then from 94 to 98. Not many at all. I'd guess and say maybe less than 100 cars and most were wrecked in service. All records were tossed after 7 years and now everything is kept on computer which only dates back to 2003. Thanks for checking out my site. I do update the photos as I get new ones.

I've collected over 400 photos now. I've also added a guest book for everyone to sign. Please check out the site. There are some great SSP photos there.

I checked in - NICE SITE!

Had you had much luck on that 85? Although I have no idea how I'd swing it, I'd love to restore that one. I'd make it happen if I had the chance.

Bill - Be like Nike and "just do it". Rationalizing these things is our enemy LOL. :D

I just went through the photobucket gallery a couple of days ago. I like the old blue and silver cruisers that resembled the CHP cars.

I think the blue and silver Mustangs with the dual stripes on the doors would have looked awesome if Nevada would have done them as slick tops!!

I was told one slick top was built for higher speeds.

Interesting. I wonder what type of lighting they used in it? I saw a photo of a Dodge Diplomat with the bars on the doors that had the Grote style lights in the rear window and a red spot (copcar.com?), and this one on your site:

I wonder if it was left overs from previous years?

Good website. Thanks for sharing. I love looking at all the old police cars, no matter what make/model.

"If my pants were just a tad looser, I'd come over there and find out exactly what it is you think you're doing with that camera..."

Great pics.
