It is worth the extra time and money to buy the correct material to do the seats. I will say the it's going to be the 2nd most expensive cost on a resto of the car.

Correct on both counts! If you're aiming for a nice restoration, you cannot skimp on the upholstery, period.

You are right Jim, I was charged $750.00 to upholster my 92, Plus the material I had to order.

But well worth it !
