Go buy everything off of that car, or as much as you can. Body panels, the doors, trim, interior.
You can keep that cars existence alive by saving the parts from it and putting them to use on other Texas cars. That is what i would do.
I personally would buy the rear half of the body and turn it into a couch/storage for my room :D Atleast half of the car would exist...

If the tail light lenses are good, I may be interested depending on price :)

And go back and negotiate getting it. Tell them that you want THAT car. There is a slight chance that you would probably be able to get the car. Just have to try real hard.

Darn 5 min. edit limit lol

I wish I was in TX.

Houston Pick U pull 2425 West Mount Houston...

I am going back out there Friday but don't have the funds needed to get anything off of this car that is not already on my list to get off some other cars.
There were no buck tags on it.

If it's not too much of a pain to get the rest of the paint off the door tag, please do and take and post that pic. Thanks.

I will try... I used my car key to chip away at what was there.. I started to dig into the tag and stopped once I got the DSO uncovered.

Car was gone when I went back on Friday. So in 5 days it disapeared.

I also inquired about cars being sold from their lot and the answer was yes.

So likely this car sold out of the yard and will be hitting the road again. I have no idea who bought it or if it was bought.

Well, at least it lives on in our VIN Project -

I hope it was picked up by someone who knew what it was. Maybe it will pop up on CL at some point. At least there is knowledge of the car here now. Early auto TX cars are hard to come by.
