1993 Jim Post's MSHP SSP for sale
 

This is not my vehicle (although very similar to what mine will ultimately look like). Link from eBay listing Jim Post's MSHP SSP for sale...

This one presently belongs to Jim Post (runs the PCOOA) who bought from Eric Prince last Fall. Eric made some nice enhancements from an equipment perspective while he owned it. Previous to that it was owned by MSHP Sgt. Mike Cunningham (last Trooper assigned to that vehicle when it was in service) who purchased from Dave Colvin of Michigan who did a ton of work on it originally.

I know alot about this car. First question... why would you change the air induction. That kills value in my opinion. Last time I saw it, it was correct. And it's Emil Loeffler history buffs!

More on this subject.... I think the subsequent owners did more to take away from this car than did Dave C., the original restoration owner. You should have seen this thing when we found it in PA. Dave C. deserves all the credit for making it what it was when he had it. He did all the research and returned it to it's former glory. I could see no specific need for all the "improvments" the others profess it needed. As a matter of fact, I think it is now less than it was. Thank you Dave.

did this car come from outside of pittsburgh?
if it did, i know the car and remember when that owner had it for sale.

The mechanical "improvements" that have been done to the car, I would not have made. But as far as the police and emergency equipment in this car, when I sold it last fall it was about 98% accurate for a 1993 Missouri car. I should know, I took out all the epuipment that was in it and re-did it. What was in it before was not correct. Dave did an overall good job re-doing the car, it just needed the correct equipment. Now all it needs is it stock parts put back on (heads, intake, cam, headers) and it would be a super nice car! Most of the parts should be included in the sale I think.
