85 CHP unit # confirmed

My dads 85 CHP Mustang has a unit # confirmed for it now:)
It is (incredibly) 8338:D:D:D
Just kidding;) It is actually 8362:)
We have the vin # too, but I forgot it (my dad has it though).
My dad has thought about having the car shipped up here to oregon and starting the resto this spring and having it done by the end of summer. But it all depends on what my dad has going on at that time.

That's great that he was able to identify the CHP Unit Number. Did he find it on the car, in some paperwork, or through research?

Does he have the Assignment Card for this car, Sam? If not, I will ask for it.

Don't know about the assignment card. The # was found on the door.
