sorry for the tardy reply, never knew there were comments on this post lol, the gentleman from CHP who is organizing it had reached out to me and gave me the invite but unfortunately being a few months away and 3100 miles away I can not possibly swing it...this year...but I'm told it happens every 2 years, and was also told the following weekend is Ripon,

So my plan is for my son and I to drive down, crash at a few CHP SSP guys houses (lol) and take in the retiree show, do the tourist thing the following week, then the Ripon show then head home....started saving my California trip funds
