I have a Fotki, Photobucket Comcast Photo and a Foto-time photo hosting account.
I am moved everything to Foto-time and yes I pay about $25.00/year to use their upgraded service. It just seems easier for me to use and I like several of the features Foto-time offers that are worth the $25.00/year. Like everyone else, that's my opinion!
