Brent, have you looked into having a reputable body shop repair it?
I saw a Mercedes bumper that had a hitch punch through it like a cookie cutter that was repaired and you couldn't even tell. They have some amazing plastic repair products out now. Not sure if it is a sort of epoxy or what, but it basically welds it back together. Just a thought...
