Update, CHP #8336 Is now in paint jail!!!
It is ironic that I bought this car on this day 22 years ago. 9-1-1987. I stripped the car down and delivered it to the shop today. It is supposed to be done in just 2 weeks. Due to our economy being shot in Ca, the shop was able to give me a really fair price to do a complete paint job with a fast turnaround time. I am still pushing to make the Ripon Ca show. The car is getting painted in service colors. I have asked the shop owner if he will take pics throughout the paint process. pics to follow soon.......... Rich
