Jim , I just looked at my documents and my smog sheet and it states
my plate # was XX20645 ???? as per my documents , the smog was the last thing done as a CSP car ... The smog sheet reads State Patrol !! I don't understand that plate # at all ??? Here is the pic of the CO plate i puchased on CO CL ..and the one i had made up in FL with the original unit #..   ssp91ssp
