You can see a bunch of four-eyed Mustang (and Capri) Deluxe Reports here:
http://vb.foureyedpride.com/showthread.php?t=103327 That's correct that you do not need proof of ownership for a Marti Report. Those reports can be generated over and over for the same VIN, since the info is pulled from a database.
