Neat place. No center caps. Haven't had them in quite a few years from my direct visits there. Unlike the older lady that originally ran that place years gone by, she was able to come up with all types of hubcaps like magic.

I posted my wheel caps on here to sell to give someone else a chance to buy them if they may need them. Why do you feel the need to leave comments if you think it is pricey? I realize you have the right to your opinion however its not necessary. Nor is it necessary for you to post links on my posts for other businesses that are selling the same products. Can you tell me what PPI is selling these caps for currently? And you need to keep in mind that there was only one year of production for these '85 (non chromed) caps. I did see that PPI has chromes which is actually for the '86 caps. Yes I am new here and I do own an SSP car too, Its not necessary for you to try and degrade me for wanting to post items I happen to have available. I know how hard these parts are to find and how much they are worth. It may sell fast or it may take a while until right buyer get it. If the caps don't sell, I will be more than happy to keep them.

If you want to give someone a chance to buy them at a fair price, put them on eBay with no reserve. I bought my non-chrome NOS caps for $100 each from PPI (I don't know what they charge now, call them if you are interested). I am not trying to degrade you, I'm just trying to help fellow SSP enthusiasts spend their money wisely (whether they own a SSP or have made 4 posts here).

This is a FS post, not a debate on whether someone priced a item fairly or not. I'm the first one to jump in and defend members here when someone shows up trying to gouge us, or tries to use this website to try and take advantage of others. I don't think that's the case here, and I hope that any further comments or discussion can be taken to PMs, which is where they belong.

Dan is one of us, and has an '86 FHP to restore. He actually did the '86 DPS resto for me and he is an asset to this community. However, he had '85 caps with his '86 FHP which are incorrect and no one has been able to even look at '86 caps for less than 400 a set for the last 4 years. He needs to sell these to recoup enough to buy the correct ones and anyone with an '85/6 car can understand the frustration of finding caps. The '85 caps will work in a pinch, but he doesn't need to be forced to give them away. $100 a cap is very fair given recent prices, as stated if someone thinks it's too much wait for a cheaper set... it will be a while. End rant.

Please re-read post #11 and use the PM function. Thanks.
