The seller (now a member here) sent me pictures of the Buck Tags, so I created a VIN Project page for this SSP used by the FBI -

Nice, this is exactly what I would like to acquire (except for 5-speed). Is it known how many SSPs the FBI used (1987-1993 models)?

I don't think so at this time...a lot more out there are claiming they have an FBI one than actually have the paperwork to back it up.
