Seeing that the toy company included the same Permanent number on the decklid as on the real car, along with the corresponding Trooper's badge number on the roof/plate, it certainly removes all doubt about which car they were replicating. And with the GSP records you have in-hand, we can match the toy to a real VIN.

You're welcome Bobby and great detective work! Is this the Trooper (maybe car too) that was in a Real Stories of the Highway Patrol feature? I have video of a GSP one on CD as I recall...a stop in Atlanta and I don't think it's a re-enactment, I believe it was actual footage, but I could be wrong. His name, Ogden, seems familiar. Is that post in the Atlanta area as an Atlanta PD responded too. Thanks!
