We have info on 1987 and 1988 but I'm not aware of info on any from 1990.
The one from 1987 that we know of was a Massachusetts "Strike Force" unit that was supposedly never in service. It was a manual. The two from 1988 that we know of were Massachusetts State Police. Both were blue (one bright, one medium) and automatic.
