KF135908 was painted 9L and first owned by the State of Georgia, as opposed to the GSP. I'm hoping Bobby will recognize the car in this thread...

Yeah I went through the GA DOR insurance info first, before I checked to see if they were in the VIN Project. Only after I looked in the VIN Project did I realize KF135908 was a state of GA car and not GSP.
