Stumbled on this car. First I've seen with this DSO. Interesting that it falls at the beginning of a batch with confirmed GSP's. AutoCheck shows first titled in Smithfield, VA with 96k miles in 08/2002. Owner is going to check for the buck tags for me.

KF262058 also spent a bit of time in VA. Registration was in Smithfield, VA from 1996 through 2005. It and KF262059 seemed to have been manufactured approximately two months prior the GSPs (06/1989 versus 08/1989). AC report for KF262060 was inconclusive. No records past the 'manufactured and shipped to dealer' entry. But it was manufactured closer to the GSP group than it was to the first two that went to VA. DSO '17' is Washington (DC). First two in that batch of GSP's are not GSP's. First GSP is Vin #262060 Perm 2224...
