Well, the attached photo proves that Bobby can paint a car in a color that is not used by the GSP!
The parts shown only have the base coat applied - no clear yet. The hood in the background is the one that I picked up from Jim. That is all for now.

More photos from Bobby. The body should be in red before too long!

Here's another pic from Bobby. Now I will gladly pop the hood for anyone who asks!!!

So I now have a FedEx tracking number for the box of radio equipment and magnetic markings from the museum. FINALLY! I will be very relieved once that arrives.

![]() Thank you, Jim. Your old hood looks like it came out nicely. I can't wait to see it (and the rest of the car) in person. And yes, I am keeping the MCA Show in Niagara this summer in my sights (the MCA Show in Myrtle Beach, too).

Finally! The equipment and markings arrived this week from the "museum". The only item that is MIA is the unit number "1310" magnet, which was not the correct size anyway. I have a buddy who owns a sign shop, and I will have him recreate the unit number along with the scroll work under the side molding.
I think I will need to lean on Rhino to figure out the proper placement of the radio equipment.

I can definitely walk you through the placement of the gear when ready.
As for the 1310 Numbers on the driver side fender...that's not a magnet. Those were Hillman mailbox decals (roughly 1-1.5 inch rectangle style) and were permanently placed on the fender. That was the only thing I left on the car. The rest of the magnets were stowed for takeoff. You did get the light bar, too, yes? (even if you don't ever use it again, would be good to have).
