The following car is the next subsequent VIN to yours, with the same DSO number -
http://www.specialservicemustang.net...info212057.htm There was not enough documentation on that car's VIN to confirm the agency that ordered it, but like yours it was all-white when built by Ford.

There is green paint on the front and rear of both front fenders up high and also above the corner of each tail light.
It was white with green on it.. Still hunting

Could have it been assigned to a Florida Sheriff's dept...If I recall most of the Fla counties run White/Green cars....
