Here's an 1988 Utah SSP that popped up for sale on FB -
http://www.specialservicemustang.net...info275822.htm The seller is a member of FEP, and I think he joined here too a while back (he's asking $4,500 for it)

This 92 Michigan popped up for sale on FB last month, and I am now able to get it added to the Project -
http://www.specialservicemustang.net...info138477.htm I felt compelled to note that the car is not a 100% accurate restoration because I do not want anyone to claim it to be correct, as seen in our Project. 'More SSPs to be added this week. I will note the ones which are of particular interest.

This SSP was already listed in our Project using documentation provided by Jim Young. A picture surfaced on FB of a 1987 CHP (we knew the year because that was the only year the CHP cars were supplied by Ford without a 5.0 fender badge). Upon closer examination of the front license plate, we were able to determine the unit number to be #E422998, which through Jim's documentation we knew was this car:

Here's another one where Jim's documentation confirmed the car as a SSP - this time a 1993 FHP. This car was recently posted for sale here -
http://www.specialservicemustang.net...ead.php?t=6966 The listing on BAT makes no mention of the car's FHP Unit Number, but one of the photos was a copy of the original title, which we did not have for the Project. The title includes the handwritten numbers 1772, which means its number was FHP1772. This photo was added to the Project, along with identifying the FHP Unit Number - http://www.specialservicemustang.net...info134328.htm VERY cool find!

This one is part of a larger batch of VINs, but this one is now confirmed as a FHP -

This 1989 unmarked FHP was already listed in our VIN Project, and recently popped up for sale on Bring-A-Trailer, as discussed here:
http://www.specialservicemustang.net...ead.php?t=6981 The new BAT listing included many new photos, allowing us to add a couple to the car's page: http://www.specialservicemustang.net...info201529.htm This is not the only 1989 unmarked FHP we have confirmed in the Project. The following SSP is from the same 12-car batch of consecutive VINs - http://www.specialservicemustang.net...info201526.htm And the following one is from a later-batch of 5 consecutive VINs: http://www.specialservicemustang.net...info201807.htm We would have to pull Marti Reports to determine if any of these cars were also equipped with 5-speeds or not.
