Also of interest was a 1992 Mississippi State Police SSP that BobbyE found on FB Marketplace for $3K. Buck Tags confirm that it is legit (1of10 units in 1992, with a total of 20 units being ordered by the agency) -

As of now, the car is still listed for sale on FB.

A video was posted on Instagram from 1990 showing a news broadcast about the CHP program using Specially Marked Patrol Vehicles. The featured SMPV Mustang was an 89 that plainly showed the license plate number (i.e. the CHP Unit Number). The car was already in out VIN Project -

That's my plan. It is a large file, which our site can host. I just need to get it transferred here.
