Andy makes good point about the elastic too. I've heard that you can also just cut the existing elastic shorter, but you lose a little of the functionality of the pocket.

That's what i meant when I said I didin't know how to sew. The vinyl had been damaged on my car so I needed new ones(POCKETS). If they had just been sagging I could have just changed the elastic and been done with it. It's just stapled in.
