Spoke to Matt , The current owner .
He said he would send more pics and the vin # to run a carfax ?? states the car is an original 5 speed car. I asked about the rust , sounds like a couple panels may have a good amount of cancer? waiting on pics. He has never looked into it being a ex police car, He was told when he purchased it that it was??? Has never paid attention to the door sticker but thinks it's been painted over. I will post any info he may send..

That's a 4 cylinder car, per the VIN (8th digit should be an E).

I was going to add that I don't think it's an MSP SSP. VIN's don't tie out to what I would have expected based upon what I've documented. I'm pretty sure they were all autos too.
