I just spoke with the HIE in Lebanon. They need a decent head count so they'll know how many rooms to block and so they can give a group rate. Let me know as soon as you can if you're planning on attending so I can get the rooms taken care of.

I am working the entire weekend of the show. With all the other events/vacations I have planned this year I doubt I can get over there.
