1989 UHP Mustang on offer

I have a 1989 SSP Mustang that started life as a Utah Highway Patrol car. Before I retired, it was my daily transportation. It’s been my wife’s regular transportation for some time now. It runs reliably. I love this car but, I can no longer keep up with the body work and such. I’m looking for a home for my baby.
This car will only go to someone who will restore it. I will not let this car go to anyone who will part it out and junk the shell.
