Wow, you got more than me:
 There was a lug wrench in mine but not the right one. I scrouged a spare wheel and all the items you mentioned, including an SSP tire board (!), at the wrecking yard...would be tough to do these days. You can pretty easily find most of what you need from one of the restoration supply houses or on eBay. The tire board will be the toughest to find...I'd put one back in there if you can find it.
